Reggie Littlejohn’s keynote address at the European Parliament’s recent event on Digital IDs, entitled, “Digital IDs and the Death of Dissent.” In the wrong hands, Digital IDs can be used to create a system of mass surveillance and totalitarian control, leading to a Chinese-style Social Credit System. Other legs of this 4-legged chair are central bank digital currencies or any other programmable currency, artificial intelligence and the massive data centers required to operate the AI. Dissent will be made impossible, because as soon as we voice an opinion deemed “misinformation” or “disinformation” by whomever is in power, we can be shut off of social media, severed from our bank accounts and credit cards, and paralyzed in silence.
